As you pedal through the diverse trail, you'll encounter terraced fields, cascading waterfalls, and panoramic views of towering peaks like Macchapuchre and Annapurna

Trip outline

Starting your adventure from Kathmandu, this trip takes you on a bicycle joy ride through the alpines of the north. The trek starts off in the morning with a drive to Beshishar, a bustling town in the district. From there you will start your trek with your foor on the pedal, bringing you closer to the splendid view of Mount Annapurna & Mount Dhaulagiri.

As a bonus, Mukti Nath (Lord of Liberation) tour can be added to enhance your experience and learn about the tradition that is rumored to be thousands of years old and their customs that are at the heart of Nepalese culture. You will also spend a day at the natural Hot Springs of Nepal at Tatopani, to relax your muscle during the final days of our journey.

  1. Day 1 : Arrival and welcome dinner in Kathmandu
  2. Day 2: Biking gear prep and departure to Besisahar (760m) (5-6 hours)
  3. Day 3: Trip starts with a ride to Tal (1700m) from Besisahar (7-8 Hours; 38 km)
  4. Day 4: Ride to Chame (2670m) from Tal (6-7 hours; 23 km)
  5. Day 5: Ride to Manang (3540m) from Chame (6 - 7 Hours; 30 km)
  6. Day 6: Acclimate and indulge at Manang Village ; Visit Gangapurna Lake & Glacier
  7. Day 7: Ride to Yak Kharka (4050m) from Manang Village (3 - 4 Hours; 19 km)
  8. Day 8: Ride to Thorong High Camp ( 4925m) via Thorong Phedi (4450m) (4 - 5 Hours; 12 km)
  9. Day 9: Ride to Lord of Liberation's Temple(3750m) via Thorongla Pass (7 - 8 Hours; 20 km)
  10. Day 10 : Ride to Marpha (2670m) via Lupra Valley (6 - 7 Hours; 32km)
  11. Day 11 : Ride to Tatopani (hot water springs; 1190m) ( 5-6 hours; 42km)
  12. Day 12 : Ride to Beni (899m) from the springs ( 3-4 Hours; 25km); Pick up by vehicle at Beni
